The AngularConnect Scholarship Scheme
We’d love for everyone to be able to attend AngularConnect, but we know that some people’s personal or financial circumstances will make this difficult, which is why we’re setting aside a number of free tickets as part of our scholarship scheme.
The scheme is open for all to apply, and chosen applicants will receive access to all content, food, drink and all the extras. In some special cases, we are able to cover travel and accommodation.
We also offer to pair our scholars with a guide if they’d like one. A guide is an experienced member of the community and will be a friendly face at the conference, there to help make sure you get the best out of your conference experience and to introduce you to other people at the event.
The scheme aims to support individuals from underrepresented groups in tech and those facing economic or social hardship, to have access to brilliant content and networking opportunities. If you’re an aspiring developer looking to use Angular, or a current one without access to the funds to buy your ticket, you should apply.
We will award tickets to people who can show that the knowledge gained will be useful for their ongoing career, or who hope to give back to the Angular community in some way.
The deadline for applications is Friday 27 July.
